At 5000 miles the fuel manifold cracked leaking diesel fuel and was replaced.At 15,500 the same manifold failed again, only this time it was an o-ring issue for lubication resulting in a oil leak.However, I seem to remember a bunch of cracked blocks on the ISB a few years ago. Our ISB has been out of warranty for a couple of years now.

550 miles later, the same problem with lubication part of the manifold leaking oil. They can not seem to find a reason for repetive failures.
My warrenty will expire in April 07, but despite a repitive problem, they refuse to stand behind their work and extend the warrenty on that part.
